Noise: Please avoid excessive noise of any type at any time. Property quiet times are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted at the property. Smoking refers to the inhaling or exhaling the fumes of tobacco or any other plant material, including, but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana. The terms “smoking” and “smoking equipment” shall be construed in their broadest and most liberal sense in order to achieve the intended purpose of protecting owners, guests, and employees from unwanted exposure to fumes from tobacco and other plant material.
Parking: All guest vehicles MUST have a parking pass. Parking passes are held at the Napili Surf Beach Resort front desk.
Pets & Animals: NO PETS are allowed at Napili Surf Beach Resort. “Assistance animals” are not pets. Owners, residents, and guests with assistance animals must contact the manager for further information regarding rules governing assistance animals.
Pools & Pool Showers: The pool and showers are for the exclusive use of Napili Surf Beach Resort guests and residents. Pool hours are 9 a.m. to sunset. No lifeguard is on duty. Use of the swimming pool is at the user’s own risk. People with limited swimming ability must be accompanied by an experienced swimmer. No person who is not a fully competent swimmer is permitted in the pool area without adult supervision. No food is allowed in the pool area. No glassware items are allowed in the pool or BBQ areas. Non-breakable beverage containers and plates are encouraged. Excessive use of alcohol is not permitted in the pool or BBQ area.
BBQ Areas: Grills are for the use of all guests and residents and therefore must be shared. After use, the grills must be cleaned and left in ready condition. Propane gas must be turned off when finished cooking.
